Shael Afmak Group Ltd. Terms and Conditions

4. Account Registration

• Account Creation: Users must create an account to access certain features of Afmak. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Afmak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with false information.

5. Services Provided

Afmak offers a platform for:

• Marketplace Services: Connecting buyers and sellers for a variety of goods.
• Logistics Services: Facilitating delivery and shipping within and across African countries.
• Payment Processing: Enabling secure transactions between buyers and sellers.

6. Marketplace Terms

• Listings: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products listed. Afmak does not endorse or assume responsibility for any product listed.
• Prohibited Items: Certain items are prohibited from being listed on Afmak, including but not limited to illegal goods, counterfeit items, and items that violate intellectual property rights.
• Pricing and Payment: All prices are set by sellers. Afmak facilitates payment processing but is not responsible for pricing errors or disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Logistics and Delivery

Afmak partners with third-party providers to facilitate delivery. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, customs, and other factors. Afmak is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

8. Returns and Refunds

Afmak has a return and refund policy applicable to eligible transactions. Buyers may be entitled to a refund if they meet the following conditions:

• The product received is significantly different from the listing.
• The product arrives damaged or defective.

13. Modifications to Terms

Afmak reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of Afmak after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
